IF YOU ARE MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE
If you are making hotel reservations for more than 5 people with one consolidated form of payment (CC, check,or PO), email the following information to texasreservations@gaylordhotels.com
- Name of Organization
- Group Contact name, email and phone number
- List of names for reservations including arrival & departure dates for each person
- If two people will share a room, please indicate the names of the two people
After you send the email, someone from the Gaylord Hotel will contact you to confirm and obtain payment information.
