REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Conference cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following fees:
- Before December 31, 2009 — 20% cancellation fee
- January 1, 2010 – April 10, 2010 — 80% cancellation fee
- No refunds will be given after April 10, 2010
