Exhibit space is limited so sign up NOW while space and Early Bird rates are still available.  There are 406 public charter schools in Texas serving over 100,000 students.  We are expecting over 1,000 attendees – making the 2009 Texas Charter Schools Conference the most direct and targeted opportunity to promote your products and services to this exclusive group of Texas charter school educators.

EXHIBITOR KIT
CDS has been selected as the “Official  Show Decorator” for  the 2009 Texas Charter Schools Conference.  They will offer a full range of services to assist you in maximizing the impact of your exhibit, from rental packages to experienced labor for installing or dismantling your booth.  They will handle questions regarding shipping, storage, labor, furniture and signage as it relates to your exhibit space. Exhibitor Kits will be available to paid exhibitors after November 1, 2008.

Please Note on Page 6 of the Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus:  You receive one (1) complimentary full conference registration badge per booth reserved.  Additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted prices of $200 for a full conference registration or $125 for a 1-day registration. EXHIBITOR PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES
Information about Exhibitor Presentations may be found on Page 4 of the Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus.  There are 14 exhibitor presentation slots that will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  The cost to reserve an exhibitor session is $350.
