Gwen Abshire joined the Responsive Education family in 2008. She has been instrumental with starting up Charters and has served as a Regional Director, Principal and teacher. Her personal mission is to change management philosophies to put children’s educational needs first and to serve front- line teachers and leaders. She enjoys empowering people and educating teams on continuous improvement through effective communication and core processes.
