Dr. Angel McKoy is an experienced educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in public education. She currently serves as the Area Superintendent for the Houston Area at
International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas), where she supports campus leaders and staff in driving student achievement, strengthening instructional practices, and cultivating high-
performance school cultures.

Throughout her career, Angel has served as a teacher, instructional coach, campus administrator,
and executive leader. She is known for her clear expectations, commitment to accountability, and unwavering focus on positive outcomes for students. Her leadership philosophy centers on
developing strong leaders, fostering positive school environments, and ensuring that every campus is positioned for sustainable success.
