Dr. Leslie Sparacello

Dr. Leslie Sparacello is the Superintendent of Cedars International Academy Schools in Austin, Texas, with over 35 years of experience spanning PK–12 education and higher education as an adjunct faculty member. She has served in public, private, and charter school systems and has presented nationally on a wide range of topics centered on leadership, school improvement, and student success. Dr. Sparacello’s work is deeply rooted in serving at-risk and high-need communities, with particular expertise in turnaround leadership, building positive school cultures, and designing effective, sustainable systems that support long-term success. She is also an active advocate for equitable and sustainable funding for charter schools to ensure high-quality educational opportunities for all students.
