Senior Vice President, Government & Institutional Banking, Regions Bank

Oscar Davis serves as a relationship manager with Regions Bank’s Government and Institutional Banking group. In this role, he is responsible for leading a team delivering comprehensive financial solutions to a variety of governmental and nonprofit entities throughout Texas.

A 30-year financial services veteran, Davis joined Regions in 2007 and is a six-time Chairman’s Club Award recipient which recognizes the bank’s top performers. Prior to Regions, Davis worked at Bank of America and Wachovia in Commercial Banking roles. He has also held roles as a Banking Center loan officer and Credit analyst.

Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Grambling State University. He is actively involved in the Dallas community, serving as vice chair of the board and a Governance Committee member for Cars for Kids, as well as a volunteer with Promise House + Jonathan’s Place and Book Drive for Kids. Davis has been honored by Who’s Who in Black Dallas.
