Join the 2019 Texas Charter Schools Conference Committee

Mission: The Texas Charter Schools Conference is committed to advancing the quality of public charter schools and improving student achievement through strengthening, motivating and collaborating with our Texas charter leaders.

Summary: The Texas Charter Schools Association relies on the volunteerism of its charter members to serve as subject matter experts who liaise with the Director of Events and Director of Training to develop and deliver high quality content, professional development and networking opportunities at TCSACon. TCSA needs your voice when planning the many sessions that you’ll attend during this year’s Conference. With your help and ideas, we can create a Conference experience that meets the needs of our attendees with varying levels of experience, responsibility and professional interest.

Who We Are: The Conference Committee is run by the Director of Events and Conference Chair who will lead the committee as decision makers in its function and direct how to achieve their goals. The Committee will be influencers in the planning process and consists of ten (10) charter members who represent a cross-section of the topics (superintendent, principal, business officer, teacher, etc.) and all regions throughout the state of Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, etc.)

Term: TCSACon Conference committee members serve a one-year term and can be reappointed for successive terms.
