Solution Provider Arenas
Located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the Exhibit Hall of the JW Marriott Austin, these exclusive meeting rooms present an opportunity for confirmed exhibitors and/or sponsors seeking space to conduct private presentations or demonstrations of their products and services with current and prospectus clients.
Rooms are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis to confirmed exhibitors and sponsors of TCSACon 2016. Companies choosing to add this option will have access to their private consultation room from 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3 through 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4. Rooms may also be used for small private receptions.
All rooms have floor to ceiling windows and will include a conference table and chairs. Arrangements for audiovisual equipment, food and beverage, Internet, etc., must be made directly through the hotel by the exhibitor or sponsor, and related expenses will be at the company’s expense.
